OUR EXPERIENCE

Sproveri PR is led by Diana Sproveri, a brand strategist, storyteller, and visibility expert with more than 20 years of experience in brand marketing, public relations, culinary media, and digital content.

Before founding Sproveri PR, Diana built her career across food and hospitality, Hollywood media, luxury markets, CPG, and startup consulting—creating moments that moved brands forward and made audiences feel something.

Her early work as a classically trained pastry chef and founder of the viral dessert brand Lollibakes® earned national media attention and opened doors into press strategy, lifestyle branding, and experiential marketing. Since then, she’s led positioning and PR strategy for restaurants, hotels, luxury design brands, CPG products, wine brands, tech startups, and founder-led ventures across the U.S. and Europe.

Diana blends a creative director’s eye, a journalist’s ear, and a strategist’s mind—helping brands find their voice, refine their presence, and get seen by the people who matter.
